Thank you for visiting Sculpterra Winery & Sculpture Garden, located in Paso Robles, California. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or visiting our tasting room, you agree to the terms outlined below.

I. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. All wine deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

II. ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to ship our wines to select states where permitted by law. Please be aware:

Adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery.
Shipping availability varies by state due to alcohol shipping laws.
We may delay shipments during extreme weather to ensure product quality.
For damaged or defective orders, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.

III. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are considered final. However, if your wine arrives damaged or in poor condition, we’re happy to replace or refund your order. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we’ll take care of it. Photos may be requested to support your claim.

IV. TASTING ROOM CONDUCT

We welcome you to explore our unique blend of fine wine and art. While visiting, we kindly ask:

Reservations may be required for tastings or large groups.
Responsible behavior is expected from all guests.
Please respect our property, art installations, and staff guidance.
Pets are welcome in outdoor areas but must remain leashed and under control.

VI. WINE CLUB TERMS

By joining the Sculpterra Wine Club, you agree to the following:

Your membership auto-renews, and your credit card is charged at the billing frequency designated by your club level.
You may cancel anytime after receiving one shipment by contacting us by email.
Selections are curated by our winemaking team and subject to availability.
Shipping fees and taxes apply, and adult signature is required.
Keep your address and billing information up to date to avoid shipment issues.
