MEGA Focus Installation
MEGA Focus by Dale Evers, a 24-foot tall bronze sculpture depicting an archer and his bow, was finally finished and installed in our Sculpture Garden. Here you’ll see a look at the process of installing a 24-foot tall sculpture.

Waxing and Numbering the 2012 Bentley Cab
On June 10, 2014 we hand numbered and hand sealed our 2012 Bentley Ironworks Cabernet Sauvignon with silver wax. The bottles looked so beautiful we had to share the pictures with all of you. Enjoy!

2013 Pistachio Harvest
Most of our pistachio trees are harvested by a mechanical shaker, but some of our younger trees our too small for the shaker so they have to be harvested by hand. Here are some photos of the process of manually harvesting pistachios.

Checking the Brix
In order to tell how ripe the grapes are you have to take a few sample clusters and check there brix, which is the amount of sugar in the grape. When the grapes get to the right brix levels there ready to harvest! Verasion in the Vineyard
Verasion is the softening of the berries, the accumulation of color to the skins, and the development of sugar in the berries. Here’s a look at a few different grape clusters that are starting to turn purple. The grapes are starting to ripen which means harvest is coming!
